Working at JDM no two days are the same, the job is so complex with lots of different commercial outlets that you will never get bored. There is a vast variety of materials and products handled. As logistics we are involved with the arrival of ingredients and raw materials, also the production and delivery to the customer. I enjoy working as part of a growing company which is already an established successful business.

As an employee at JDM you must be open minded. The company has a very complex operation process due to the number customers and the type of products we have, it  takes a long time to absorb and develop an understanding.

People are often surprised when I tell them the range and complexity of what we do and how large the company is. But also the challenges that we face daily as a result of the complex nature of the job.
